Data provided by our customers, such as postal adress or email adress, will be only used for the purpose of order processing, namely shipping and invoicing. No information will be sold, rented, or in any way provided to third parties. Passwords entered or provided for registration are immediatly encrypted by the system, being not accesible by us or any other entity.
Bank details such as credit card information is not stored in our systems, being handled by our payment gateway partner in a highly secure system.
3-Ordering process
3.1-Shop Browsing
The Online Shop of this website is accessed from the homepage by clicking on 'Online Shop'. You can browse our products in our catalog in several ways: (1) Product lines / Categories; (2) Search in 'Browse Product', (3) by product code or description. If you are already familiar with our products, you can access them directly from the homepage in the 'Quick access to our products' menu.
3.2-Placing an order
After deciding which item or items you wish to buy, just confirm the quantity and click on the 'Add to cart' button. The display will show you your cart contents and you can decide to continue browsing and add other items or chose to proceed to ckeckout. You can change the quantities or add/delete items until the checkout.
After placing an order in this website, you will receive an email confirming the order and the details of invoicing and shippping.
3.3-User Registration
Previous registration is not compulsory to purchase in our website. During the checkout process you will be prompted to input your email adress. An email with your username and a randomly generated password will be sent to you. It is up to you to use your registration or not, however it may be very usefull to check the status of your order, and in future purchases not having to enter shipping details again. To login in our site as a registered user just select Online Shop and the input area will appear in the left hand side of the display. You can anytime change your password or other details of your account.

Product detail pages indicate availability for immediate delivery. Orders will be shipped the next business day (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

In the process of check out and order confirmation, you will be presented with the available options and the respective shipping price, based on destination and weight.
If you wish, you can also pick up the order at our Torres Vedras facility, at no additional cost.

The total price specified at the end of the order includes taxes and shipping costs and will always be quoted in Euros. The prices of the products shown already include VAT. Shipping rates are applied by order to the weight of your order.

There are two payment options, which will be presented to you at the end of your order:

- Payment by bank transfer. The order will be sent shortly after receipt of your payment. No additional cost. The IBAN for the transfer will appear in the confirmation email that you will receive shortly after the order.
- Credit card through PayPal. Choose the PayPal option and after confirmation of the order will be directed to the secure site of PayPal. If you are already a PayPal user registered, just enter your password and finalize the payment. If you are not yet registered with PayPal, enter your requested card details and finalize the payment.
For the remaining countries only payment by Paypal is available.
4-Warranty
All products for sale on this website are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of shipment. This warranty does not include improper use or handling or the application of the products for which they were not designed.
Customer will return the product for repair, and Omnisfera will immediately ship the replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.

5-Returns policy
Omnisfera accepts, in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of April 26, the return of products supplied within 14 days, regardless of the customer's that the articles have not been used and are in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the return, Omnisfera will refund the value of the item paid by the Customer, and other costs such as shipping costs are not refunded.
